The Academy of Fine Arts Prague understands institutional resilience as the capacity to protect academic freedom, the independence of research, and the integrity of decision-making processes while simultaneously maintaining openness to international collaboration. Openness is a core value of the artistic and research environment; however, it must be balanced by responsible risk management that may protect the credibility of the school, its employees, and its students.
