Veronika studied art history in Olomouc, where she also managed and curated the independent gallery U Mloka in Olomouc, and worked at the Department of Art Education at the Faculty of Education of Palacký University in Olomouc as an educational project manager. She has also worked as the main producer of Leoš Janáček International Music Festival.

She deals with the methodology of teaching art history and interpretation of visual art. She published a book on this topic in 2015, Teaching Art History and the Development of Students’ Perceptual, Verbal and Evaluation Skills. She organizes courses and seminars for art teachers on the interpretation of visual artwork and teaching art history within the EducArt .

Her work and experience in management, culture and education has enabled her to be an active member of several professional organizations such as INSEA – International Society for Education Through Art.

She has been working as the Head of Grant Department since March 2025.
