December: Information and preparatory meeting for mobility abroad
January: Call for applications for study and practical mobility abroad for the following academic year (+ summer). The deadline for applications is in the end of January.
September: Supplementary call for applications announced according to available capacity and available funding
Most of the mobility abroad at AVU is funded by the EU Erasmus+ programme. The AVU is also supported for non-European mobility by the Ministry of Education and Science. Freemover mobility is for trips to schools with which AVU does not have a contract - students pay all costs themselves. Based on the submitted applications and portfolios, the selection committee will select suitable candidates.
Study and practice abroad
Study mobility (2-5 months)
Practical internship (2-3 months during holidays/ 2-6 months after graduation)
Virtual mobility (physically 30 days to 2 months + virtually)
Research abroad (5-30 days PhD placement/2-5 months PhD placement)
Blended Intensive Program (BIP)
Erasmus+ promotes inclusion!
You have serious medical or psychological reasons, gluten-free diet/economic = doctor's certificate/social grant → reimbursement of up to 100% of the costs caused by barriers.
Smaller carbon footprint! Avoid the plane: (carpool/train/bus) Green Erasmus Green Erasmus again for all! mobility (students, PhD students, BIP, employed).
EU Academy - take advantage of the language and training courses on offer.
Who?
Properly completed 1st year of study + enrolment in the following year. Consent of the studio's head teacher.
