International staff mobility
International mobility of education and staff qualification improvement at AVU.
- AVU supports staff in acquiring knowledge or specific know-how from experiences and examples of good practice available abroad that are relevant to their current employment and professional development.
- In this way, we strengthen the quality of AVU and its cooperation with foreign universities, institutions and enterprises.
Where and how?
Depending on the available funds, the AVU's Foreign Department will announce a selection procedure twice a year by the end of December or the end of May. The application is submitted electronically in Stag. Applications to be registered in the list of applicants and funded in turn according to available funds.
Staff (Stuff Mobility for Training = STT)
Training means educational activities aimed at developing the professional qualifications of employees:
- language courses,
- job-shadowing,
- professional training seminars or blocks (staff weeks),
- It is not possible to finance stays at conferences,
- The training abroad must be in line with the AVU staff member's job description.
Teachers (Staff Teaching Assignment = STA)
Teaching placement for teachers ( 2-5 working days - 8 teaching hours) including, for example, consulting, leading a seminar or participating in a student's defence.
In this case, the minimum number of hours taught is reduced to 4.
How do I proceed?
