MgA. Barbora Kousalová

Barbora studied Creative Writing and Media Communication. After graduating, alongside writing for a television series, she focused primarily on working for several non-profit organizations. At the Organization for Aid to Refugees, she spent seven years overseeing project management, leading volunteers, organizing conferences and workshops, and handling PR and fundraising. She gained production experience at the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art while preparing dozens of exhibitions, and later at the Institute of Documentary Film, where she was responsible for the full production of international educational programs for documentary filmmakers from Central and Eastern Europe.

She currently works as a freelance project and production manager, focusing on the cultural sector, festivals (ART*VR, FUK, Uroboros, TransLux), and the production of film, documentary, and television projects.
