The exhibition presents the AVU technical workshops as a place where craftsmanship, experimentation, new technologies, and contemporary art intersect. Exhibiting participants from six workshop facilities jointly create a site-specific project for the AVU Gallery, emphasizing collaboration, the relationship between material and responsibility, and highlighting the importance of those whose work usually remains in the background. The exhibition pays tribute to the people and places without whom works of art could not come into being, and invites a new perspective on the invisible labor behind their creation.
