• Applications must be submitted using the online form below. Applications may be submitted from 20. 10. to 20. 11. 2026.

• The application must include a description of the proposal, a proposed budget, the implementation dates and the names of the responsible team or individual.

• Funding is intended for projects implemented during the 2026/2027 academic year, no later than September 30, 2027.

• Under this Open Call, you may apply for funding of up to 15 000 CZK.

• Funding will be paid in the form of a stipend.

What is the call intended for?

The call is intended to support associations and student collectives operating at AVU. These may be initiatives related to the field of study or with another focus, creating space for the exchange of views and critical reflection and strengthening the civic, cultural and, above all, creative life of the school.

Who can apply for funding?

Only AVU students whose studies have not been suspended may apply, and they must remain enrolled as students throughout the entire duration of the project.

How large should the project team be?

The project team may consist of three to ten people and must include one contact person who will be responsible for communicating with the call coordinator and distributing the funds.

What are the assessment criteria?

The contribution to developing students’ own initiative; the feasibility of the proposal; the formal preparedness and clarity of the application; its conformity with the focus of the call; and the appropriateness and structure of the budget.

When can I carry out the planned trip or other activity?

The project, including submission of the final report, must be completed by the end of the academic year in which the application was submitted.

You can submit your application via the online form above. Applications can be submitted from October 20 to November 20, 2026.

How and when should I submit the final report?

You can submit the final report via the online form above, no later than 30 days after the end of the project.

What is the maximum amount of funding?

The maximum amount of funding available under this call is CZK 15,000.

Where and when can I find the results of the selection process?

The results will be published on the Open Call website during December.

What can the funding be used to cover?

Non-capital material costs, service costs (e.g. equipment rental), remuneration of the project team (stipends).
