Modern Gallery

Starting 1892 and then permanently from 1945 onwards the Academy also acquired the premises of the Modern Gallery in the Holešovice Exhibition Grounds as part of the General Land Centennial Exhibition of 1891. The building underwent major refurbishment and reconstruction from 2001 to 2003.
