The Vice-Rectorate for Study Affairs is primarily responsible for matters directly related to bachelor’s, master’s, and follow-up master’s programmes. It guarantees and ensures the implementation and fulfillment of the objectives of bachelor’s, master’s, and follow-up master’s study programmes, prepares internal regulations, and formulates strategic and development plans related to studies in close cooperation with the Vice-Rector´s for Quality and Development office.
The Vice-Rector´s for Study Affairs office also manages matters relating to students and employees in relation to academic affairs and participates in the organization of the admission procedure for bachelor’s, master’s, and follow-up master’s degree programmes.
The Vice-Rector for Study Affairs is responsible for all study programmes and studios, practical skills classes, workshops and laboratories, the Department of Theory and History of Art, the Library, the Study Department, and the Department of International Mobility.
Šárka Krtková M.A. studied philology in the Czech Republic and political science in Germany. She is a graduate of the Robert Bosch Foundation Cultural Manager from Central and Eastern Europe scholarship programme and has implemented a number of cultural interdisciplinary, often Czech-German projects for various institutions, including the Goethe-Institute, Antikomplex, The Prague Literary House of German Language Authors, the Capital of Culture Plzeň 2015 and the Czech Literary Centre
