Exhibitions are also regularly organised in collaboration with art schools from abroad. An open call for exhibition projects is announced every year. Projects are selected by the Exhibition Committee, which is elected for a two-year term. The gallery strives to present current approaches and themes in contemporary art in a broader context and within its operations. Since 2024, it has been running a screening programme called Kino GAVU (GAVU Cinema), featuring moving image art, at the AVU premises on Veletržní Street.
